One of Best Of Times client's family started a group for special needs children. Her team does fundraising for The Global Therapy Exchange.

There are over 800 children in the Jalapa Valley in Nicaragua with cerebral palsy, downs syndrome, and muscular dystrophy.

The Global Therapy Exchange takes therapists and teaches to this valley to help the children with special needs.
